The natoaktual.cz webpage is an independent news and information server focusing on defence and security issues. It was founded in 2002 and – judging from the continuously increasing number of visits – it became the most prominent server in the Czech Republic providing complex information in this field. Natoaktual.cz brings daily news from the Czech Republic and abroad, overviews of foreign media, its own commentaries and analyses, on-line interviews, photo galleries and since 2007 also video news. Next to the daily news, natoaktual.cz also publishes weekly news feeds in its Newsletter natoaktual.cz as well as a printed Natoaktual Quarterly Review.

Natoaktual.cz is run by a civic association Jagello 2000, a Czech NGO which also runs the NATO Information Center in Prague. The natoaktual.cz webpage thus features both the up-to-date news coverage and information sources on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Army of the Czech Republic and an academic reference library of the Information Center.
